I was inspired to write this poem by the movie "The Dead Poets Society". Carpe Deim And Sieze The Day Carpe deim and sieze the day, Furthermore, gather ye rose buds while you may. For remember that this very day, Today may be the first day, The first of your last days. So fear not death, But face it with your every breath. For this breath you breathe, This very breath, This one may be the breath that brings you to death. So live this life you've built, And promise yourself that ne'er shall this land wilt, For what must happen wilt, So let not your soul be trodden with guilt. Now, again I say, "Carpe deim and sieze the day Furthermore, gather ye rosebuds while you may, For remember that this very day, Today may be the first day, The first of your last days." Rachael |

. "So fear not death" Yet it is that fear of death absolutely that drives us on to leave something of ourselves before we are gone John . |
