o love, sweet love unbidden taste divine as nectar shades of honey suckle wild a gift sublime that warms like summer wine and loosens thoughts of nature’s beauty-child unsought, undone in searchings clear and bold the pungent waft of dreams unfound yet bound by limits placed when years were dark and cold awaiting spring, should furled warmth be found and there you stand in monoliths of time impaled by changing guardians in stone as from the ashen silt of melded rhyme you rise and step through gardens all alone to stand beneath the stars in harmony o love, sweet love in all thy imag’ry |

This genre and style of writing truly appeals to my sensibilities, Contessa Poetessa! Your quill has a magical touch on the page! Loving Light, Linda |
