when the wandering ends
scars that never mend
make your wish and see
that day beneath
the willow tree

I went sun blind
in the rain
I went sun blind

breath from poisoned hearts
bathes and lights the stars
feel the hand of pain
clutch and bleed the frame

the rain comes down hard
I went sun blind
