recollections
settling in the dust
of fantasy

fully freed from civil concerns
that shush the soul’s yearning,
set free from empiric embraces

unregulated like passages
of air dispelled by fragrant memories
diffused by the power of aerosol

musings in mists of enlightenment
breathing freshness to the spirit
that yens the yang and the yin

incomplete, yet coming together
in shades of incongruity
sputtering the essence
of existence in patterns of
confluence

nestling the page out of time
into the mystique of magic,
lost by translating the moment
into the alphabet
of desire

Oh! ... you tease you ... more ? I must be reading and commenting out of order, I thought I had read the "last" of this series but I am most pleased that I have discovered more. (Sunshine you are a fabulous encourager *wink wink*)

I find that certain fragrances stir up some of my best memories and you have captured that essence in a most unique fashion.

I add my joy of discovery to others as I find myself drawn to read more of your work...I come rarely to these Blue pages and am always thrilled to find the beauty of vision thus displayed by your words...I now add you to one of my favorite poets who light this world with visions of lasting beauty...**Big Hugs**
