~~~ If your heart had fingers they could close tightly with mine And leap all the way through cyber and time But... nirvana just buckles splicing sorrow with rhyme Unreachable fantasy attracts magical desire Thus we stand One foot in a dream the other atop the cards we're dealt Closing my eyes I search for a reason why untamable desire labels us friends when our thirst is much more Hearts aching in gloom though our tears never flow After all... Tears shouldn't slip till our dreams let us go ~ |
