Too often in life, we forget to do one thing, All the while, we rush through this life, Paying bills, meeting friends, getting that raise, And often dream of fulfilling our every wish, Thinking about our plans for tomorrow, And worry about today, as we continue on, This cycle has us tied down, until we realize, That we have failed to smile all the while, Think of a happy thought, and watch your lips Part and form that beautiful smile, The one that makes someone else’s day, And you’ll know how precious it is, Don’t worry about anything in life, Just smile for a while, no reason needed, Give your face some work out, And smile for yourself, if no one else, When the next time you frown, and forget, Remember, no one can steal your smile, Not even when you have nothing of material wealth, It is your smile that is good for your health. I speak insanity. I write fantasy. I sleep reality. |
