I can honestly say I have loved two women in my entire life. In the last two hours the both of them called me desiring to reconnect. Neither of them know each other and. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! We're talking over a decade...
So..not to be more wordy...this is what I wrote just after letting my endorphins catch their breath and focusing in on the a moment's reverie (never mind the obvious paradox).

I was here just a moment ago.
Now I’m back with you there,
Walking our roads together.

You were summer.

You were autumn.

It’s been a long time
Since we’ve seen a day together.
It was our tradition,
Our gift and our connection.

Both of you had your place,
One mission was almost won
And the other had its place

It was the person I saw in you
Who fed my young soul.
It was your horn rimmed glasses
Which gave character to your hazelnut eyes.
You were my first passion.
You were the girl who gave light to all beauty

It was the little girl I found in you
Who led me to your heart.
It was your love of cherry blossoms
Which gave charm to your jersey accent.
You were a woman vivacious and honest.

I was here just a moment ago.
Now I’m back with you there,
Walking our roads together.

You were summer.

You were autumn.
