It may seem that walls around crumble and crash
and all that is beautiful turns to ash

Yet there is still a light shining from above
and warmth to be found deep within love

As tears flow freely like warm spring rain
Know now that those we weep for hold no pain

Beautiful eyes now shine down on us
find comfort in your son's gentle "hush"

The memories you hold may vary from our own
but they all include the greatness that was shown

Pain, they say, will fade with time
But love, I know, will continue to shine

Thank you for this sympathetic poem for Christopher's mom.  Love, Joyce

what a lovely expression of tender caring and sympathy at a difficult time.  I'm sure this will help bring comfort to Chris & the family grieving in their loss.
