sometimes i was promised a lot once i was tatooed another time i was scrutinized by his "good" eye then, i was promised more then i was filled with beautiful life but today there is only me i am in pain nobody's promising to make it go away |

It does go away - eventually. I believe we have choices in our emotional well-being...we can choose to be happy or in pain. For me choosing to be happy, to smile, to laugh helped the pain, eased it and where you don't forget it, it does become managable and often nearly non-existent. Good write on feeling 'rejected'...'unwanted'...'unloved' and where do I go from here. |
