Walking in, the faces turn Everything inside is telling me to run out and scream. Their eyes are on my back, I can feel the burn. Please, let this just be a bad dream All I want is for this to end, The unwanted attention focused on me. I’ll never again feel the need to pretend, Pretty soon I can just be. Standing in the presence of such immaturity, I know I need to find people I can relate to. Then, I won’t feel this insecurity, I’ll have the chance to start my life out new. I can’t wait to open up my mind, Let people peer in and see my view. Someday I’ll be able to look behind And forget all the times I needed to be untrue. I know you'll be a sun in somebody else's sky, but why can't it be mine? -Eddie Vedder |

Hey, this is really good! Excellent job! I've stopped fighting my inner demons... we're on the same side now. |
