Word don’t cut it so well anymore Your words that are aimed at me cut so deep I try to layer myself against these things But you’ve broken down every defense I almost laugh at how you got me where you want me Cornered in angle of your innate imagination Realizing where I am, I’m slowly breaking free Understanding- a curse and a blessing to me Everytime I understand something I gain both friend and enemy It always bites me in the butt when there is something Something I don’t understand- they rub it in my face Well I’m done and I’m leaving you all behind now No one will toy with me, my will being the one followed I usually don’t get what I want; in fact it’s annoyingly true I always get in trouble when I open my mouth But tonight you’re the one in trouble because I opened my mouth My words will be the cutting ones this time Because now, you’re just dirt that I’m stepping in And my face tonight will be one that you remember forever The rest of your life you will know who I was You will weep when you find out who I was and who you lost Inigo Montoya: You seem a decent fellow. I hate to kill you. |
