Friends come and friends go
But a best friend is there to show
That they care
Through thick and thin
If you lose or if you win
They’re there for you no matter what
No questions asked if, ands, or buts
They laugh when you laugh and cry when you cry
They’re there to pick you up off the ground
And you hope that they’ll always be around
They talk, they listen
They give you your space
And they get in your face
What they say can matter most
But no matter what they matter so
No matter we don’t want them to go
