Where did i take a wrong turn, off of the mainstream road?
Onto this wasteland, that i call my home?
I cant go back,and yet i cant go on.
My life is fading like the setting sun.

So pull the trigger,get it over with and done.
This is our crimson story of what we have become.
Feed the flame of jealousy,If its just burning you so deeply.
Does it feel good to know that im alone and bleeding?

Half-hearted redemptions are a concieted lie.
Im lying face up now so kiss me goodbye.
Did you cry for me when I exhaled my last breath,
Or did you believe that this was for the best?

Stranded over this open void, im hanging by a thread
Its kinda hard to keep your grip with all that was said.
Sorry never takes it back and i still taste the steal,
Your gun is in my face point blank, this is all too real.

Believe me when i say im done, shot dead in cold bood;
All my dreams are rushed into the flood.
I said i was sorry and now theres nothing left.
Please believe me, I did my best.

Wow I liked this part. and this is the first time i have read anything from you so i'll just say welcome here. Welcome to Passions and Tempest. man it sux he got kicked off he was like my favorite poet here...hope to read more soon...

it was kinda weird seeing hunnie's heart beating while reading this. it made it so much more- alive? it almost made your poem breathe.

loved it, i don't know what on earth i could say to you to express how much i love it.

This line was my favorite, but i liked the whole thing

It was a wonderful write.
