Searching For Hope

asleep somewhere in my head

I'm dead inside
that's why I cry
all alone at night

lies, defeat
trickery, deceit
defeated is all I am and deceit is all I have

I'm looking towards the future
hoping to find some hope
trying to find a way to cope

maybe what I'll see
won't please me
but at least it will be something
<- when all I have now is nothing

tomorrow may not be
something so great to see
but all I'm searching for is a little hope and a
<- way to cope

( i wrote it a while ago and was kinda depressed that day )
