I don't think this is as good as my other posts, but I just had to get my message across.

Emotions are our strongest feelings.
We feel them during all our lives.
Whether it be joy with friends,
Or desperation, wanting to survive.

Poets take these strong emotions.
Write them down with pen and ink.
Emotions are what drives our poems,
Makes readers look and makes them think.

Hate is such a strong emotion.
Felt by all and liked by none.
Sometimes hate is for no reason,
But usually 'cause of bad things done.

Grief and sorrow are two more,
Accompanied by loss of love.
Sometimes it just doesn't help
To say they're watching from above.

The emotion love is very strong,
But isn't always felt by all.
Some people say they're always loved
But sometimes love just never calls.

Emotions form the very basis
Of our giant blue oasis.
The desert is our giant garden
And we'll work hard to make it grow.

Hey Again,
I had to read it twice till it sunk in.. maybe thats cause I'm getting ready to go out for new years eve lol... but anyway.. i liked it.. I actually think it is up their with the others..

yah! another Aussie!

you know, when ever i try to convey what you just did i flop on my face, but even though it wasn't your best it was very good up with alot of them, did much better than i ever have. i comend you!

Ah no another Aussie haha I think you Aussies already outnumber the canadian population haha which is like population: me hehe. Vey nice Damo I think this poem conveyed a message all of us poets can understand hmmm very nice...
