i saw you today, with your new girl, i didn't wait around, it's not polite to stare, you see what i passed up? but would it have lasted? we are too different, in different worlds, the sun rises at your house, different than at mine, your social status begs to differ, and the sun doens't always shine, it's not everyday that you find your true match, and you two seem so good together, so leave me out of the picture, because i would have been your suicidal lover. ~please don't ask me to xplain cuz i don't really understand it either now that i'm rereading it i don't like it either but i typed it all out so i'm gonna post it anyway:P A true friend is someone who reaches for your hand and touches your |

"it's not everyday that you find your true match, and you two seem so good together, so leave me out of the picture, because i would have been your suicidal lover." I LOVED this part of the poem. I really think you did a good job. Not your BEST, but everything by you is always fantastic. |

"the sun rises at your house, different than at mine, your social status begs to differ, and the sun doens't always shine," This was also my favorite part as well. The whole metaphor of the sun rising differently for the two of you. I think you did a nice job with this, definately worth the read. Keep it up! ~Alli~ |
