In a world of modern day clichés And lies from every mouth It makes you wonder exactly What this life is all about With broken hearts and mad disease And hatred around every bend It’s hard not to sometimes wish That your life would end So why are we all here What is the meaning to life It couldn’t possibly be all the drama Or the endless flow of strife Love could be the answer But often many die alone Family might be the reason to live But so few wish to go home Come with me, beyond the veil As I journey to my death Because this life matters naught at all It is merely the very first step *Cough, cough* Worst poem I've written yet. You don't have to tell me. |

No! I don't think it's bad, I actually relate to it and I'm sure so do many other people. Everyone tends to wonder what "the meaning of life is" and what purpose we have here. Anyhow, I really enjoyed reading this. Keep posting!  ~Alli~ |

Hmm, I like this one a lot. I don't think it's bad at all. I agree with the others that tons of people would be able to relate to this. Good job. |
