What does this earthly life give you You struggle and you squirm Thought fulfillment would come your way Tell me when you will learn When you realize that you have nothing This life didn't give, but took away And now they left you here, just falling All it ever gave, was fear and pain What does this sin really leave you The satisfaction never does last You once hoped to find the real truth Knowing it's better than what you had I wonder when you will truly see To see beyond the world's beliefs Gaining a love and life eternally A faith is what true love completes With God I am happy; sadness has no say in my life. |
