Finally you see the difference of life and death Releasing the worldly beliefs you held on to Discontent with breathing only a bodily breath You at last seize the hope so long pursued Preparing your heart, fixing the damage Your spiritual life starts fresh and anew More intense than you had ever fully imaged Now the temptations of sin are through Facing the ultimate truth you were hidden from Recalling that voice buried inside eternally And now your strings have become undone The voice of truth set you free, almost instantly Tears slide down your now angelic features Joyous drops to express your heart's cleansing Glad for the lessons learned from the preachers Crying as your life begins mending Finally you let go of what held you back Forgiven from every sin you have made This time you're on the right track Praising the Lord for His loving aid By: Michaela J.
