Come back in the morning When the ghosts have cleared the paths And the rain has cleared the air And the tears have dried to nothing Come back in the morning When the glass is swept away And the tension has been cut to death Soon the ice will melt away Come back in the morning I doubt that you will dare If you plan to return put in your fair share We have to hoover up broken dreams And wipe away the agonies We should bin the rotting hearts And wash the souring smiles So call back in the morning When all is said and done Come back in the morning For more bittersweet fun |

Great poem!!! Loved reading it! "Life is too confusing, but I like it that way!" |
