Staring back at the mirror. Who's the one that I see? The person looming there.. Stranger to my eyes. This isn't me.. Look at what the world did to you. The world has its grasp tight to you. "Do what they say:" it say's The person in the mirror Held tight with string A puppet in a common person's eyes. How could I let myself slip? I never imagened this could be. I never wished for this. Oh how could this happen to me? Where did I go? Where's the person that I use to see every time in the morning A chilling reminder to myself Not to let go.. Hold tight on who you are. No matter what they say... |
