Love was there before we met
It can't disappear; its here to stay
What we have I can't forget
But I am able to walk away

Love was there before we knew
It can't fade, nor ever leave
But in order to forever protect you
I'm ready to let myself be decieved

Love is here; I know its true
But I'll pretend that its fake
I do this for you, only you
I can't put your emotions at stake

Love is here; it's what I feel
It can't be explained with words
But I'll lie and say, it's not real
Even if it hurts

Love will stay, in my heart
I'll never let it, disappear
Though we may end up apart
The Love will still be here

"Life is too confusing, but I like it that way!"
