Raven Darling you’re angry Oh and you’re sad Blistering fire You’re oh so mad Fly with me Raven I can’t show you my tears They dried up long ago Along with my fears But if you dance with me I’ll see you a song I’ll hold you close and Whisper “What’s wrong?” I don’t know all the answers I only help my friends Reach for the skies No matter what your ends Don’t burn me Gorgon I’ll stay well away I’ll work behind your back So you can later say Who are you Golem? Why are you then here? To torment with question False worry in my ear? And I will lean closer still Say Raven that’s just fine I sought to keep my distance I know you were never mine Ha! Could never stand your sadness Nor your angry whips Help it be another To dry your tear stained lips Please fly with me Raven! See I have no tears! Pain is gone forever But ever are my fears I fear that I could lose you To darkness and to pain The sun is ever shining Up above the rain Here is the question Will you take my hand? Ignore the freezing mists And scalding sand Fly with me Raven You are my every fear Please fly with me Raven Let me dry your every tear OH SHUT UP SHUT UP AND GIVE SOMEONE ELSE A CHANCE!!!! |
