There She Goes

There She Goes:

There she goes,
As fake as can be,
Secretly hoping,
That someone will see.

She's put on her make-up,
And those fancy clothes,
Secretly wondering,
How nobody knows.

Her smiles in place,
The laughter is there,
Secretly wishing,
For someone to care.

She's wearing her mask,
She's put up her wall,
Secretly willing,
For each brick to fall.

Along she walks,
And while people confer,
She's secretly begging,
Today they'll see her.

Wow, I can relate to this so much it's incredible. I'm so alone inside but no one notices because I fake it well. You put this feeling in to words perfectly.

I absolutely love these lines:

"She's put up her wall,
