There are times that
at night I couldn't remember a dream
but tonight I hope I could have one
though a bit unsure as it seems
I think my dream started out fine
I just found myself standing
just looking up at the grey skies
wondering then if it would be raining.

It did rained moments later
and silly of me to be soaking wet
I felt so cold under the pouring rain
a little shudder I suddenly felt
then I somehow spotted you
just standing not so far away
you have with you an umbrella
but I didn't move and just stayed.

Just watched you and didn't walk towards you
but I found out that you're not alone
it surprises me to see another girl
it crushed my heart and weakened me whole
you offered your umbrella to her
as I'm left soaking wet under the pouring rain
looking at you with somebody else
brought me to tears and then felt pain.

I suddenly thought to myself
that this is just a dream
a nightmare I wanted to wake up
and then found myself in my room so dim
but one thing that came to me
I felt it as one of my fears
the pain felt so real inside
I found myself crying in tears.

thanks to all who have posted on my recent pieces... i'm afraid i'd be off for a week to settle something but i will post new works of mine the next time maybe 1st or 2nd week of sept. just getting busy these days.. need a break for a while.

i look forward to read new poems from you guys as well to inspire me to write more. Take care.
