Letting go Another day goes by. Another tear rolls down my face. Thinking just of you... Trying to walk at an even pace. Holding myself together When im falling all apart. Trying to get over this. Trying to redo from the start. I went to your funeral.. And didn't shead a tear But watching them lower you down. Triggered my deepest fear. I never wanted to let go. And i'll never forget your face. You loved me from the start. And it left a subtle trace. Hands left shaking But no one knows why. Trying to be stong.. Too strong to cry. A new angel was born today. And is flying way on high. But left me standing here.. Without a chance to say "Goodbye" I know your never ending love Will always have a place in my heart. But life isn't that easy.. I learned you can't redo things from the start. Years have passed by Things are getting better then it sounds. I'll always miss you. Do you know that? Next time I'd see you and next time you come around. I really want to tell you something. Although Its really hard for me to say. Wanted to say. "I love you," There wont be a time when I don't miss you. I'll think about you everyday.. |

Zach, if this is the poem we were talking about yesterday or today, or whenever it was...its so true. I have tears rolling down my face now as I read it. Amazing poem...and I know the feeling. Thanks for bringing this out here for people to read. Library. ~*Julianna*~ |

wow, umm for piggish reasons of my own I have been avoiding this poem. but then I saw it up near the frount again and read the last post. Wow, it gave me serious shivers. Thanks for the choice to read this, and thanks for being inspired. -Kate "Lucy: I think you are the most selfish person on the planet. George: Well that's just silly. It was beautiful. I don't even know what to say. It hits right where it hurts. |

You have no idea how deeply this poem touched me Zach. I had tears rolling down my face. There's no comfort to be taken when this happens, there's just us facing the dark alone. That doesn't mean we must fail. Never sigh for a better world, it's already composed, played and told. |

This is a fantastic poem. Well done. Its got such a rythm to it.. Having its sad points, but gradually building up hope. Keeps you going. Fantastic. x |
