Softly singing the melodic tune of a fallen soul,
she looks down on the world,
taking in its pain of love.
Sitting there and singing her song,
she remembers that night as clearly if it were yesterday.
Writing his name on a metallic bullet,
she loads it into the barrel.
His words ruined her heart,
his words ruined her life.
One last time,
She'll give you a hug for tomorrow
and a kiss for eternity,
hoping you won't forget her.
Remember her as the one who died for love,
the one who died for you.
She had a shattered heart that she was forced to heal,
a whispered hope that she was forced to keep.
Go on with your life and don't worry about her,
she was fine all along.

So cut me into pieces and tape me into something beautiful...

And only there is it darkest before the dawn."
