Don't tell me what's not true.
I don't need someone like you pointing out the obvious lies.
No matter how much you hate me
I'm not the one getting hurt by your dispise.

Your only hurting yourself, you little fool.
You might think I care but your dead wrong.
No matter how many times you try to sing out of key
Nothing can stop me singing this song.

I'm happy with myself, yeah I have my flaws.
But why should you care?
If the world wasn't so caught up in beauty and self-image.
No body would just stop and stare.

This futile hate isn't worth my time.
You can feed yourself lies.
But I don't need someone like you..
Your just letting yourself be eaten alive by your dispise.

So I'm leaving you be.. tell yourself what you want.
Convince others what im not.
I don't need to hide behind a mask of make up.
I don't need to be a self centered robot.

I wrote this poem for my friend Kelsey G. She's been having problums with friends and all so i wrote a poem for her. I tried writing it in her words.. so ya it does sound girly lol.. Enjoy!
