the wings of a bird
carry me solo
across skies so low
words unspoken sing aloud
each time our eyes meet
the phone
rings and he is there
waiting to hear her
his voice
echos
after the dial tone
the wings of a bird
carry me solo
sun drips off golden crested
clouds
like honey from the hive
the wings of a bird
carry me solo
across skies so low
the words i cant speak
echo in the breeze
the leaves and grass
know my past
the wings of a bird
carry me solo
will i ever say
i love you back

Wow this poem sounded like it could become a song or something.. this is really good.. so many emotions in this poem.. im amazed

But of the tree of knowledge of good and evil,
