I'm just so afraid

My fingertips start to tremble
my eyes let go of these tears.
I'm so afraid to loose you now
it has become my biggest fear.

When you said those few words
that burned a hole in my heart.
Now I lay here scared and cold
as I feel my life slowly rip apart.

It might not seem like it now
but you mean everything to me.
You're the strength that keeps me living
you're the air that helps me breathe.

You're my life, heart, body and soul
you're all I love in this world of mine.
But when you say you love me back
I know deep down that I'll be fine..

But a piece of me can't help but cry
thinking I'll someday fade away.
I'm so scared I'll be alone tomorrow
I can't explain it I'm just so afraid.

I believe that being left alone is most peoples biggest fear.
This is a wonderful poem. I loved the flow

Nicely done.

So no more hiding all your pain, you deserve a new start. That's why i'm closing myself away, this is a message from your heart.
