is it a coincidence
or a twist of fate
that im always one day short
and one bullet too late

i dont know why
but its always me
that has to screw up
for everyone to see

and im doing my best
trying not break
but the wieght of life
is sometimes hard to take

and when the lime-lights on you
the pressure just builds
untill the nervousness
starts to kill

im always one day short
and one bullet too late
but eventually
lifes worth the wait
