We all make mistakes nobody is perfect
You were just a friend trying to protect
It wasn't your business to get into
Why are you mad if you are the on that got yourself involved

I was right in the end and you both found out the hard way
You can't make it my fault for the price you have to pay
Out of nowhere you got angry
I told you i was tired of fighting but you had to speak

I told you i cared but you didn't believe me
Now that you have your own issues I will fall back and listen with the trees
This is what you get for thinking
Do you want to be right for once? Fine, I don't care...

Sorry that even when you were there, I wasn't up to listening... i caused my own problem
