Light

The cross in the light
That has blown us away
Creating an antic
And kept it at bay

With wish of destruction
To soul and to life
We must be so careful
To hold back the knife

With fear and some trembling
A knock at the door
A breath held in silence
Is silent no more

But comfort finds way
To come in and save
The loneliest traveler
The starved and depraved

And who, but our fathers
Could give us this way
The only requirement
Would be to pray

So pray and feel peace
In morning and night
For God loves us so
He gave us some Light

This is soo Good!! I love this stanza..
