Everytime I believe your promises.
Everytime.
"Sister Im sorry it wont happen again"
Why is that horrible poison your idle?
I just dont understand
how you do not see
that you are ruining
your relationship with me.
Your beautiful new bride is fed up with you too
but you still dont care
do you?
I dont get how you are putting this
liquid prison before you put our God
I pray that you soon understand
that we love you.
and how bad your broken promises hurt

very emotional write... in case you dont get it my brother is an alchoholic and he hasnt been 21 long he was before he was even 21 and wont admitt it.

awe this was a very emotional write as you said. i liked this and could understand what was going on through out the poem...

thanks for sharing this, i too know how hard it is to quit drinking though, but i did it, so can he, im sure.
