Can you feel this pain tonight?; The same pain from every fight; The one that lingers in your head; That pushes you until you're dead; Its the pain that you always feel; The pain that makes life feel surreal; Paranoia is its foolish name; Screwing with your head, its game; Its name comes from the insanity it causes; The looks over your shoulder during pauses; The way it makes you think thoughts so wrong; Its music in your head, such an evil song; It plays over and over like in a loop; The suspicions it causes when in a group; Gives you shudders when in the dark; Causes you to jump whenever you hear a bark; Sometimes it causes you to spill senseless blood; It makes you hide in bushes, face painted in mud; How it makes you see the world in a new vision; The newer things seen with such precision; The murderous feeling it always gives you; The consistent shivers it gives through and through; Its way of chilling your hearts great fire; Takes away your love, hate, and desire; Cools your blood till it almost freezes; Makes you numb to the chilly breezes; Your heart speeds and slows with every pump; Something in your throat feels like a clump; It chokes and kills and causes dismay; All of your thoughts in such disarray; Damn this feeling that devours your soul; Turns your once loving heart to an eternal black hole. |
