almost 10 years on the gap is not filled I still stand here missing you wondering how life would of been if you where still here what would be different what would be changed if you had not been taken away in that curl twist of fate then I steer at the sky my soul filled with hate that i was forced to grow up no longer to see your face only in photos and memories can i delve but it's never the same you are not here as I stand by your grave the tears still start to flow although the sun shines my eyes hold no glow as the world turns around me life must go on but never will I forget you not once will i push you from my mind I think of you everyday even now almost 10 years on for you are my dad and I am your son I don't care if you think I'm a fool but don't ever tell me so |
