Pangs of happiness come with your smile Stings of pain enter at your leave You keep me walking mile after mile Trying to believe. Your happiness is all I wanted Your sadness makes me grieve Confusing thoughts leave me undaunted Trying to believe. Love for you agape But from you can deceive Feeling like emotional rape Trying to believe. The want for love strengthened my belief These pains to be relieved Excitement, torment, and grief I believed. Out of it came heartbreak Of which, none should take. |
