you owe me a thousand wept,
you stole the song from my young lips.
hollows formed where love once slept,
eager to be lit.
danced in passions lullaby,
i longed for you to look at me.
see me with your goastly eyes
take this desprate melody.

i see the way you don't believe,
through all these years, you only smiled.
you hid behind your wall of steel,
because i knew your inner light.

i can't count the sleepless nights
i wondered how you'd hear my word,
closing in, the truth in sight,
just as soon, you plunged the sword.
died in passions lullaby,
i knew you'd never look at me,
still loving your goastly eyes
as you kill this melody.

if you can touch me, i know i'm still only dying
