XxForever.BrokenxX, this is not the poem i told you i'd post, im still working on it
this pearl pendant,
hangs loosely at my throat.
locked away from sight
in an obvious corner,
for my love to hide within.

a pretty thing for the eye
to see, at first.
what lies behind this
heart shaped hinge?
my love conceals it's face.

a locket contains your
love,
desires,
joy.
what is in your heart.

please don't open mine,
spare yourself the chance.
i'll just be one more
girlfor you to worry about.
telling yourself
you're doing a good deed.

if you asked me why
i have what i have.
i have but one love
to place inside
this locket.

once,
i opened it
i looked inside.
my eyes are now dead
my fingers, numb
blue frozen lips
and a trembling spine.

worlds inside me
i barely new.

my body dead
my heart the same.

inside this locket
my one love.

if you can touch me, i know i'm still only dying
