okay, this is something i've never attempted before- something . . . i can barely even say it . . . short *grimace* alas, there was no more that came to me. *big sucked-in breath* it's just so short. ahh hah ahhh. *tear tear*

Why I Write

I write for it is reason
That I should leave something behind
I write to escape this treason
The one for which I’m tried

I write for every child
Who yet has to discover
That though they may be mild
They are artists undercover

I write because it speaks to me
The thoughts within my mind
Because of all the plaintive things
That I’ve left undefined

and in the daylight i miss the nightmare- but deathly fear it in the dark of night

i love this, it is perfect. i think all artists create, in a way, to hopefully enspire others to express themselves. But this description here is one of the best i have read. amazing.
