Emotions . . .

The very things that made it hard
Are some of the things I miss most
It’s impossible to describe
The feelings boiling in me

I like where I am, it’s a wonderful place
I am free from turmoil and grief
But the look in your eyes, so in pain, so remorse
Made it hard for me to stay strong

It’s so hard to act sane when I’m wilting
Like a flower in need of the sun
But my words are all lies, I’m happy inside
Through my poetry I see my own soul

It’s incredible how emotions change things
Pulling you under or boosting you up
It’s the wonderful riddle of mankind
It shows just how strong we can be

and in the daylight i miss the nightmare- but deathly fear it in the dark of night

I loved every piece of this poem! Soo amazing and I agree with every part of it! (knowing who you are means that includes some of the deeper stuff to!)

It is incredible how emotions change things. i fully agree with that line. This poem is amazing and great (like most of your poems) =] I can't wait to see more of your amazing poems!
