Alright so here I sit just widdling away;
Waiting and waiting for another new day;
Just wondering and thinking for a long long time;
To wake to the sound of my alarm bell's chime;

This life must be fake, maybe a dream;
Nothing is right or as it may seem;
In this dreamworld or nightmare;
Where all falls apart and no one will care;

To see tears roll down your unhappy cheek;
Because of a goal unmet and feeling so weak;
I offer you happiness and lots of laughter;
Except the fact is there is no happily ever after;

Dream for a bit longer my child in pain;
Dream so that you might become more insane;
Yet before your eyes your dream turns to hell;
But right as it ends you hear this annoying bell;

Now, open your eyes to this world of hate;
Where acting and faking is your best trait;
Move on to your routine to start the day;
Where we all owe something like its a bill to pay;

But its all right take your time I can wait;
Because to dream again is your inevitable fate....
