~I like this one... It took forever, and I gave up twice, but it's pretty good, I think... Lol woo!~ I've been trying to write a poem That tells you how much I love you. Says how much I miss you each day, How I can't stop thinking of you. But how do you put into words This complete and utter devotion? How do I put on one piece of paper This all-consuming emotion? You're the first thought when I wake up, And the last before I sleep. You're the image I see when I close my eyes, You have a starring role in my every dream. I adore every move you make, I live for every smile and kiss. And every time your mouth meets mine The taste of you lingers on my lips. You make me laugh when I'm crying hysterically, Make me cry with just a few words – well, three. I drop to my knees and thank God every day That he made this miracle that you love me. So how am I supposed a stretch A poem to fit all that and more? How do I say how much you amaze me, How you're what I'm living for? I can't do it on one piece of paper, I've tried and tried and tried. I just keep thinking of something else, I keep adding a few more lines. It'll take more than a sheet of paper, Most definitely fill up two. But I'll fill up a thousand notebooks Telling you how much I love you. It's a pretty big job for one girl, It's going to take some time, I'm thinking maybe, a year or two, Or, you know, the rest of our lives. So with you by my side, my love, with a little gave, and a little took, I think I'll start on this promotion I got, Filing a thousand notebooks. ~I love you, Peter!! I SPEAK my mind because it HURTS to bite my tongue. |

I really really love this, except maybe I would change the lines about him "playing a starring role in your dreams" becuase it may sound a little cliche I love how sweet this is, you two sound so cute. My favorite lines were the ones that say "a year or two/ or, you know, the rest of our lives" that is so sweet and cute! It really made me smile great work Susanna V. |

Thank you soo much, guys! I was kind of going for a "truth" thing, and the dreams part, WHILE being a little cliche, is very, very true about Peter, so yeah. That'd be why it's in here. = ] But thank you soo much for the comments, I really love them!! I SPEAK my mind because it HURTS to bite my tongue. |

They say that loving someone is easy. Finding creative (and sweet) ways to tell that special someone you love them is difficult (especially if you've told them a thousand times). I liked the flow of the poem and the devotion in this piece was very strong. Good one! We are each of us angels with only one wing. And we can only fly by embracing each other. |
