What is this lingering prowess
thats stuck inside my head?
A Possible intent of malice
for my soul to be bled?

Its overwhelming and aggressive
it keeps feeding, it keeps feeding
Its vehemency is impressive
its never fleeing, never fleeing

Once confronted face-to-face
I bear no fear, I bear no fear
No longer running, instead I chase
because now I hear, now I hear

Now I know whats in this head,
are thoughts of the one I adore
A repleted heart from being fed
on thoughts of her and nothing more
