It hurts. It hurts to see her smiling face. It hurts to know she isn't smiling at you the same way she used to. It hurts to know the heart you thought was mended was so far from being fixed. It hurts to want to be near her and cant get but so close. It hurts. I guess I will just move on. Trying to re-mend the heart I thought was mended. Eventually the hurt will go away. For now I will just step back. Step back to be unseen and unheard. Just a friend who still wants to be in LOVE. A best friend. Her best friend!!! |
