Sing golden cello, Bow to aesthetic chorus and scream, oh scream for agony and beauty, overwhelm thy scenes and pray for souls unsoothed, I beg you, laugh, oh to laugh A joyous solo, a pious placidity For the unmistakable and the mellowed, Tell me a story oh wood and bow, Dig up this well from fettered glee And teach thy soul to inspire That which is supposed before thy chorus |
