Why are you hiding yourself from the world Yet complaining that nobody knows you? I don’t understand why you do this to yourself Why won’t you let them in? The doors to your heart are closed People are knocking But you don’t dare answer You want to be loved But you’re too afraid that someone might finally Understand you That smile, it melts your heart You see him laugh It plays in your head Over and Over again You want him to be yours But you’re too afraid that you might get hurt And you haven’t hurt for so long… Or have you ever? Have you ever been loved? Have you ever been held? Does he know if he kissed you He’d break the spell? Does he know that you need him Does he know that you’d love him forever If only he broke down the door… If only he broke down the door Does he know he should break down my door? Thats all the reason why i have been writing here in these forums... My ex is exactly all of that... so.. in response.. " Knock ... Knock... Knock !!! and yet no answer, May i be the one who heals your cancer, That beast inside that holds you back, That beast of whom im willing to make an attack, I want your heart, your love and laughter, Please baby meet me halfway, To live happily ever after, Were in the same boat, Scared and in love, So lets make that first step together, It may take a push and a shove, Its inevitable for us to be, I'll hold you close everynight you sleep, If its a kiss your after, If thats all it takes, Im comin for you baby, Make no mistake, No more worries, Stop the hurting pain, With the two of us hand in hand, we'll be in love just the same, Im comin baby, My love for you- I finally proclaim!" |

Bravo to both of you. I loved both poems  Tho i was only expecting to read one...So no more hiding all your pain, you deserve a new start. That's why i'm closing myself away, this is a message from your heart. |
