You say you want to take it slow,
'cos you don't want me to get hurt,
when you say stuff like that I know,
no matter what we'll make us work,

I love every little thing about you,
how you love me in return,
then when you sweet talk like you do,
it makes my body yearn,

there will never be a guy,
that is as great as you are,
it makes me want to cry,
to know your MY shining star,

you make me ache for your touch,
and I know it'll never be tough,
because you tell me this much,
you love me just enough.
