Jenny Dear
You’ve come again
The truest of true
The kindest; my friend

Earth and heart
And heav’n above
Performing a song
Of that of love

Listen and learn
And tell me a story too
That I’ll play over again
And paint in poetry new

Don’t care where you’ve been
Because now you’re here
And nothing is simpler
Jenny Dear

Comfort and closure
Is not your kind of style
You’d rather have magic
Pure, fast, and wild

I really loved this. It was so sincere. My only critique, is to maybe take out the 'and' after pure. But I really loved this. It's going in my library. Amazing job.

I agree with pen, that and threw me off. Other than that it was wonderful!!
