White Lies

I’m a liar, right out you know
Telling intricate stories with golden wings
I’m absolutely awful
Revealing all
When my fun is gone

Of course it’s just white lies
Oh dear lovely white lies
They don’t hurt just mess with your head
And no one could believe it of me

When all is serious
And truth is imperative
I never breathe an untrue word
Some call it joking;
I suppose it is that- as well

Of course it’s just white lies

I never lie to those I love
Not even the white ones
My lies abound in my poetry
They are wishes and dreams
And every last one a lie

I think this is my favourite of yours. I loved everything about it. I have only praise for this. Going in my library. I'll be sure to tell pencil&paper about this. AMAZING JOB!!!! Loved it.

White lies can sometimes lead to big trouble though!! lol, nice write
